Job Role: Project Manager - Fenestration / Glazing

Area: London & the South East

Salary: £40k - £50k

PW Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their Fenestration / Glazing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects, from window and door replacement to full facade refurbishments and associated building works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations. They will work closely with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations
  • Work closely with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the Fenestration / Glazing industry
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
