Job Overview

Lusona LLP is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to oversee financial operations and drive strategic decision-making. This role is pivotal in managing a transactional finance team and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the delivery and performance of all allocated workstreams and transactional processes.
  • Ensure the team delivers agreed service levels.
  • Review, plan, and implement a change programme to improve efficiencies of people and processes.
  • Manage cashflow and report working capital requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a previous financial controller or similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Analytical with a strong problem-solving ability to develop and improve controls and processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a team effectively. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
