Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at a leading independent estate agency. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential home buyers, arranging property viewings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and build rapport with potential home buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Arrange appointments for the mortgage broker and refer clients to solicitors to facilitate the sales process.
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Generate and book in property valuations for the valuer to determine the property's value.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate successful deals.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on meeting sales targets.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and track progress.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
