Associate Brand Manager - Fertility Supplements

Our client, a science-based nutritional supplements organisation, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to contribute to the growth and development of their Specialised science-backed fertility supplements. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and tactics to promote the products through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plans for assigned products, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Create engaging promotional materials for salespeople, including sales sheets, product brochures, and other marketing collateral
  • Verify blog content to ensure accuracy and consistency with brand messaging
  • Coordinate logistics, merchandise, and displays for exhibitions, ensuring a professional and impactful presence
  • Conduct market research, as agreed, to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Optimize website SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Manage Amazon product listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Develop engaging content for email marketing campaigns, website, blogs, and social media, showcasing the benefits and value of the fertility supplements
  • Analyse website traffic and analytics, market/marketing research data, competitors, trends, and sales data to inform marketing decisions
Requirements:
  • Marketing qualification desirable, but not essential
  • Marketing experience from the UK healthcare or Med Comms background, with a strong understanding of the fertility supplements market
  • Self-starter with drive and high energy levels, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Secure and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Supportive and effective team member, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
