Digital Performance Insights Leader

The Digital Performance Insights Leader is responsible for delivering actionable insights into the performance of our eCommerce business.

This autonomous position involves working with stakeholders across eCommerce and the wider Commercial & Marketing function to provide insights, validate strategies, support data-driven decision making, and maximize demand, revenue, and conversion rates.

Leveraging all available sources of eCommerce data and metrics, you will ensure effective execution of eCommerce tactics while collaborating with Acquisition and Product teams to maximize performance across digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of digital performance, including web analytics trends, traffic, conversion, revenue, booking metrics, and drivers of performance.
  • Develop reporting frameworks to monitor commercial, marketing, eCRM, and onsite user experience programmes and trials.
  • Implement structures to encourage understanding and engagement of colleagues using digital tools and data sets.
  • Present analysis to wider business stakeholders and collaborate on end-to-end projects from initial brief to findings and implementation.
Requirements:
  1. Proven analytical capability combined with strong interpersonal skills.
  2. Experience using Adobe Analytics for user experience and digital marketing performance analysis.
  3. Strong data manipulation and visualization skills, with good presentation capability.
  4. Collaborative mindset to find solutions to complex issues.
  5. Experience working with stakeholders and influencing recommendations.
  6. Supporting coaching and development of analytical team members.
  7. Relevant industry experience (hospitality, airlines, retail, etc.) and knowledge of eCommerce principles.

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum
