We are seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEN) professional to join our team at a Nottingham-based all-age SEND school. The successful candidate will work closely with students, schools, and parents to provide high-quality support and contribute to the development of the SEN team.

About the Role
  • Support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and SEN in developing effective communication skills.
  • Foster empathy and compassion towards others while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to support students with SEN and Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in SEN education.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience of working with pupils on the Autistic Spectrum.
  • The successful candidate can expect a salary between £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
