About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team at Apleona HSG Facility Management. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our client's premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of client premises, adhering to BICS standards and industry colour coding guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer care and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support during absence and holidays.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of cleaning industry best practices and BICSc standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer care skills and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • BICSc qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with cleaning industry colour coding and BICS standards.
  • Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maths and English skills, with a good standard of spoken English.
