Maintenance Role Summary
This is a critical role within our Engineering Team, where you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities in our stores and distribution centers. As a skilled technician, you will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to diagnose and repair issues efficiently.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, with an estimated annual salary of £32,000-£38,000 based on location and experience. You will spend approximately 60% of your time working in office locations or local sites and the rest remotely, with flexible working arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  2. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues efficiently.
  3. Interacting confidently with external contractors.
  4. Collaborating with the team to provide high-quality service.
  5. Assisting the management team in maintaining equipment and facilities.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
  • Previous experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction.
  • Digital confidence using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails.
  • Operational skills including ONC or equivalent, full driving license, health & safety awareness, communication and collaboration, and Office 365 knowledge.
