We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a key member of our facilities management company, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of commercial gas systems across a diverse portfolio of buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial gas appliances, boilers, and heating systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and gas industry standards.
  • Complete gas safety inspections, certifications, and servicing in line with legislative requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants within a commercial setting.
  • Work on a variety of sites, including offices, schools, retail, and healthcare facilities.
Requirements:
  • Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1).
  • Previous experience working in the commercial facilities maintenance sector.
  • Full UK driving licence.
