Interpreting Specialist Required in County Durham

We are seeking a skilled interpreter to join our team at Language Empire. As a freelancer, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients across the UK, including the NHS, Local Authorities, and Police. Your role will involve providing interpreting services in both face-to-face and remote settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret for individuals using legal, health, and local government services
- Verify the non-English speaker's understanding after each sentence
- Deliver conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
- Handle confidential information
- Liaise between service users and providers
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and another language
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Aged 21 or over
- Formal qualifications in interpreting or translation, such as DPSI or equivalent
