About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a trust board-approved estates strategy
  • Deliver substantial cost savings through in-house and outsourced service strategies
  • Oversee capital development, environmental sustainability initiatives, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage logistics, fleet, and supply chain, ensuring efficient and cost-effective services across the organization

About the Team:

You will lead a dedicated team including the Head of Legal Operations, Head of Property & Construction, and Resources Manager. The team has a revenue budget of £7m annually and a capital programme of approximately £30m (£10m per year over three years).
