Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Samworth Brothers Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a site environmental strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

In this role, you will work closely with the SHE Manager to grow a positive environmental culture through awareness building, training, and coaching. You will also identify new ideas and opportunities for the SHE Manager and Site Management Team to deliver on key projects to improve risk ratings and cost efficiency while delivering on environmental targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous environmental experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment, as well as experience of being involved in ISO 14001 verification audits and up-to-date knowledge of environmental legislation. Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

With a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, this is an exciting opportunity to join a leading food manufacturing company that prioritizes sustainability and employee development.
