About the Role

This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Barback/Busser, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar and floor run efficiently, are properly stocked, and are always perfectly presentable.

You will work closely with bartenders to maintain a smooth running operation, receive and store deliveries, and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This role requires physical ability to lift kegs, heavy loads, carry trays and glassware, and stand for long periods.

  • Ensure bartenders have everything they need during shift to maintain smooth running operation
  • Receive and store deliveries, keeping on top of stock rotation
  • Maintain and ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness by following cleaning schedules and ongoing diligence during shift, in set up and clean down.
  • Remove soiled glasses, empty bins and maintain BOH/FOH area cleanliness
  • Carry out bar prep on designated shifts and times, including but not limited to fruit and garnish preparation, mixing fresh juices, and making syrups.
