Regional Account Manager
National (WFH / Hybrid)
Metalis Engineering Recruitment Limited is seeking a goal-oriented and dynamic Regional Account Manager to join our team.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in your designated region.
You will also be required to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by understanding client needs and promoting our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
- Create and implement account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
- Collaborate with the back office and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Travel within the designated region to meet with clients and prospects
- Participate in regular sales and strategy meetings with the regional and corporate teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Knowledge of back-office support systems and sales processes is a plus
What We Offer:
- Monday - Friday (hours flexible)
- Package £50,000 inclusive of fully expensed Tesla, Bonus and Usual Benefits
- National Role with European Travel
- Fully Remote
