About the Role

EJ Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Corporate/M&A Paralegal to join their team in London. As a key member of the Corporate/M&A team, you will play a crucial role in advising businesses and individuals on corporate law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and draft corporate contracts and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide support on M&A transactions, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and deal execution.
  • Conduct corporate legal research, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in corporate law.
  • Prepare and manage corporate filings, including Companies House filings, to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Draft transaction and ancillary documentation, including board minutes and other corporate documents.
  • Support fundraising, acquisitions, and exits, working closely with the Corporate/M&A team to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong academic background, including a law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in Corporate or M&A, ideally from a law firm.
  • Genuine interest in Corporate Law and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
