Palliative Care for Children - Join Our Team

We are recruiting an experienced children's nurse to join our multi-disciplinary care team at Charlton Farm, providing expert care to children with life-limiting conditions. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families, working on a flexible Bank basis.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in palliative care for children, excellent communication skills, and a caring approach. Previous experience working with children and their families, preferably in a hospice setting, is essential. A commitment to providing exceptional care and support to children and their families is vital in this role.
