Leverage your expertise as a Manufacturing Engineer to drive innovation at Group Lotus, a leading sports car manufacturer. In this key role, you'll focus on developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products meet customer expectations.

Main Objectives:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address performance issues and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Work with the SQA department to resolve supplier quality concerns and enhance the Supplier Risk & Development Department's reputation

A successful candidate will hold a degree in Engineering or a related field, with a strong background in manufacturing engineering. Experience in Automotive OEM/Tier 1 SQA or Supply Chain is desirable, along with proficiency in MS Office tools and SAP/SRM. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are vital.
