About the Role

HRC Recruitment is seeking experienced bar staff to join their team to work at various events in and around Edinburgh City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and serve a variety of drinks at busy hotels and events venues.
  • Be confident dealing with customers at pace, as some events will be very busy.
  • Have knowledge of Scottish licensing laws, although HRC can provide further training on this.
What We're Looking For:
  • Candidates who have worked behind a bar or in a similar setting previously.
  • Individuals who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
