Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Asset Workforce. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices, preparing and issuing payments, and maintaining accurate account balances.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper coding
* Assist in preparing and issuing payments to vendors
* Accurately input accounts payable transactions into our accounting system
* Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies
* Assist with reconciling vendor statements and maintaining accurate account balances
* Organize and maintain invoice records and supporting documentation for audits
* Support month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in an accounts payable or related finance role
* High level of accuracy in data entry and invoice processing
* Willingness to collaborate with and support the finance team
* Basic accounting knowledge, including understanding of debits, credits, and reconciliations
* Experience with accounts payable automation systems
* Basic understanding of VAT and other relevant tax regulations
