About the Role:
Precise Placements Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IT Change Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an IT Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving impactful IT transformations and ensuring seamless change management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) Meetings: Lead weekly CAB meetings and eCAB sessions to ensure effective change management and collaboration among technical teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Review and Manage RFCs: Ensure the quality and completeness of Requests for Change (RFCs) and recommend areas for continuous improvement to align with ITIL v4-aligned change management processes.
- Ensure Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with ITIL v4-aligned change management processes and recommend areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful IT change delivery and provide administrative support for release management activities as needed.
- Support Release Management Activities: Assist with the rollout and adoption of the in-house developed change management portal and conduct post-implementation reviews to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT change management, IT service delivery, or IT administration roles.
- ITIL Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks (v3 or v4 preferred).
- ITSM Systems: Proven experience working with ITSM systems in a professional services or legal environment.
- Applications: Knowledge of applications like iManage, Litera, Interaction, Elite 3E, and others relevant to the legal industry.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills across departments and with senior leadership.
- Attitude: Collaborative, flexible attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving IT landscape.
