About the Role

We are seeking a talented NPD Specialist to join our client's team in Bedford. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the creation of innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop new product concepts and ideas through collaboration with cross-functional teams
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  3. Work closely with the specifications team to develop packaging that meets compliance requirements
  4. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
  5. Contribute to the development of product specifications and technical documentation

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced NPD Specialist who has a proven track record of developing innovative products. You should have a degree in a relevant field and excellent communication and project management skills.
