Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Performance Manager to lead and manage the Finance and Insurance Performance across a designated number of dealer partners in the northern regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building value with partners and agreeing Finance & Insurance business plans to demonstrate the value it can add to their business and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement consistent customer-focused finance sales processes, enabling consumers to make informed vehicle funding decisions.
  • Implement and manage Total Trade Cycle Management, promoting new and used cars through affordability and best-in-class customer loyalty processes.
  • Work with partners to enable them to understand the value of proactively managing the finance renewal process.
  • Hold quarterly reviews with senior management to include performance, TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) and oversight performance data.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and further growth.
Requirements
  • Understanding of vehicle sales process.
  • Knowledge of all consumer finance products (e.g. PCH, CH, HP etc).
  • Understanding of consumer credit regulation.
  • Sales experience in motor vehicle environment.
