As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of reliability excellence programs and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of reliability excellence programs to improve plant reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Develop and implement best practice maintenance strategies and reliability programs, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform analysis of maintenance and production data to identify areas for improvement and support the development of reliability-related projects.
  • Lead root cause analysis for failures of critical assets and provide input to the team on purchases of process, packaging, and/or material handling equipment.
  • Participate in design review process for capital projects and provide input to the team on the selection and qualification of equipment vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related field.
  • Experience in EC&I engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills, project management knowledge, organization skills, leadership skills, decision-making ability, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with reliability tools and methodologies, such as Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Statistical Analysis, Condition Monitoring, Asset Criticality analysis, and benchmarking.
