About the Role
This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the Internal Controls Manager and other teams to ensure the effective delivery of the Internal Controls strategy across European Business Units.

Responsibilities
As a Financial Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Internal Controls strategy across European Business Units, including:
  • Performing financial risk assessments for applicable business units in Europe
  • Leveraging control walkthroughs, preparing and reviewing controls documentation in accordance with applicable standards
  • Driving technology-enabled enhancements to our Internal Control environment

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
