**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager with a strong background in groundworks and concrete frames to join our client on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on large new build residential projects, with experience of underground services and the technicalities of dealing with Statutory Authorities.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage and coordinate the construction process on a large residential scheme in North West London
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
* Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure quality and efficiency
* Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including Q.A Systems for structural elements of work

**Requirements:**

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
* Strong experience working on RC frames and groundworks
* Experience of underground services and dealing with Statutory Authorities
* Ability to commute to North West London on a daily basis
