Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of asset and energy data analysis techniques.

The role involves maintaining, monitoring, and reporting on asset data held on our Housing Management systems, interpreting data research and analysis of asset, housing management, and financial information.

You will play an active role in progression stock optimisation projects and contribute to generating business intelligence to support investment decisions, performance improvements, and value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Analyse data trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and statistical methodologies
  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualisation tools
  • Strong understanding of Welsh Housing Quality Standard and associated compliance policies
