The Role

As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and financial management of our school catering facilities. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality food and service while showcasing your creativity and flair.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team
  • Managing stock, food, and labor costs to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Ensuring consistency in food and service standards

  • Overseeing menu development and implementation
  • Maintaining company systems and procedures, including health and safety protocols

About You

  • OND or HND qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Financial acumen and experience in gross profit management
