Insolvency Attorney

The Role
A newly qualified Insolvency Solicitor is required to join a highly regarded full service law firm in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a strong understanding of Insolvency legislation. They will possess excellent organisation and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative.
We are seeking an individual with 0-4 years post qualification experience or equivalent, who can provide high-quality legal advice across a broad spectrum of commercial disciplines, with a particular emphasis on Insolvency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a broad range of Insolvency matters
- Providing commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Working to deadlines and prioritising a varied caseload
