About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and considerate Dining Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents in our care home. This role involves assisting with meal production, ensuring high standards in the kitchen, and providing cover for planned or unplanned absences.

Key Responsibilities:

Meal Production: Produce meals to the highest standard, taking into account dietary requirements and resident preferences.

Cover Support: Provide support for colleagues during planned or unplanned absences, ensuring continuity of service.

Dining Experience: Create a fulfilling dining experience for every resident, enhancing their hospitality experience.

Requirements:

  • Reliable and considerate approach
  • Flexible work patterns
  • No formal qualifications required, but similar experience in a commercial or care setting is beneficial
