Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Based Educator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and education to our staff, driving innovation and change, and supporting the development of our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff and patients, aligned with our corporate clinical education strategy and competency framework.
  • Work closely with our senior management team to coordinate and provide delivery of training and education, ensuring the provision of high-quality safe care.
  • Champion and raise awareness of the benefits of effective education and training, increasing the competence of our hospital staff.
  • Support the development of our staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse, Part 1 on NMC register or registered practitioner on the HCPC.
  • Teaching/education and mentoring qualification.
  • Sound theoretical knowledge and evidence of professional development.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
