Job Title: Adult's Registered Manager

Central Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two services in the Barnet area, specializing in the care and support of individuals with mental health and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the services meet CQC standards and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs and preferences of residents.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, making adjustments as necessary to maintain the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive and holistic care for residents.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social care, incorporating new knowledge into the organization's service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing staff in a care home setting and working with mental health and complex needs.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Residential and/or Supported Living.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans based on individual needs and preferences.
  • Essential: NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or NVQ L4 in Health and Social Care.
