We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Advisor to join our Asset Management division at LiveWest, one of the largest housing providers in the South West. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of housing across the region.
Your primary focus will be on providing expert financial guidance to support investment and sustainability initiatives for our existing homes. You will work closely with senior managers and budget holders to deliver strategic financial insights that drive performance goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social housing or a related sector, with advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, and financial management systems. A proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop meaningful reports is essential for this role.
As a Strategic Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality financial expertise to inform investment and sustainability strategies for existing homes.
- Partnering with senior managers to address financial performance challenges and ensure accountability.
- Leading the preparation of our annual asset management budget and 30-year business plan.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Weston-super-Mare or Exeter, with flexible working arrangements available. You will join a purpose-driven organization committed to delivering safe, sustainable, and affordable housing.
