Activity Coordinator

Your creativity and enthusiasm will bring joy and stimulation to our residents, helping them live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging activities and events that cater to our residents' interests and abilities.
- Work closely with our care teams to create tailored activity plans that promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation.
- Organize and coordinate activities, including arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and more.
- Support our residents in participating in activities and encourage them to try new things.
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner duties as needed.
- Update paperwork, care plans, and activity notes, and manage emails.
- Support the home with social media channels as required.
You'll be a creative thinker with a passion for making a difference in people's lives. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with our care teams and residents. You'll also be able to manage budgets and maintain paperwork, and be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
