Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development of ESOL provision and practice across Educators Wales. As National ESOL Program Lead, you will collaborate with Curriculum and Quality Teams and ESOL delivery staff to develop ESOL programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing ESOL programs aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program implementation
  • Evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of ESOL provision

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in ESOL program development and leadership
