Counterbalance Driver Opportunity

The Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Counterbalance Driver to join our team in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Counterbalance to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse or industrial environment.
  • Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe movement of goods.
  • Inspect goods upon delivery, verifying accuracy and quality.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including labelling, sorting, and stocktaking.
  • Report any maintenance or machinery issues to the line manager.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Driver License from an external accrediting body.
  • Proven experience as a Counterbalance driver in an industrial or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable with excellent time management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay and Shift Pattern:

£11.44 per hour, Monday to Friday, 6am till 2.30pm. Overtime available.
