Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager for Student Progression to join our team at Wonkhe Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student progression data, providing expert advice on academic regulations, and collaborating with Examination Boards to ensure timely and accurate reporting of student progress and exam results.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field, and proven experience in student data management, preferably in a higher education setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date student progression data, including enrollment, course selection, and credit transfer information.
  2. Provide specialist advice and guidance to academic staff and students on academic regulations, examination procedures, and student data management.
  3. Collaborate with Examination Boards to ensure timely and accurate reporting of student progress and exam results.
  4. Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 days after 1 year's service, plus 12 bank holiday/concessionary days.
