**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Assistant to join our team in Plymouth. As an Optical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our optometrist and providing exceptional patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the optometrist in conducting eye examinations and dispensing eyewear
* Visit patients in care homes and their own homes to provide fittings and aftercare
* Work independently to carry out fittings and aftercare, with a sympathetic approach and empathy
* Cover a radius of up to 50 miles from your home postcode
* Hold a full driving licence for at least 2 years
