The position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 and a generous home working policy (4 days per week).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding and advising senior management on the correct onboarding process
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures for new starters
  • Conducting thorough reference, right to work, qualifications, and DBS checks
  • Coordinating inductions for new employees
  • Ensuring all pre-employment documents are sent to new starters, including offer letters, contracts, and application packs

Required skills and expertise:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to support senior management and new employees
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9.00am-5.00pm
  • One day per week in the office
