About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council, working in the Social housing sector. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard refurbishments to Housing properties, including window repairs to both timber and UPVC, door repairs/renewals, and various other carpentry works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake high-standard refurbishments to Housing properties
  • Repair and replace windows, doors, and other carpentry features
  • Work on a planned route to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and meet safety, quality, and cost control standards

Requirements

  • City & Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery
  • Experience in window repairs
  • Background in social housing
  • Good customer service skills
