Administrative Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Respiratory Department on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in an NHS environment, with an estimated salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
- Provide administrative support to the Respiratory Department, including managing phone calls and answering machine messages.
- Work closely with all members of the teams to improve user experience, nursing response times, and service development.
- Support the nurses to ensure audits are up to date.
- Minimum 1 year in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of a range of software programmes
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
- Knowledge of NHS software
