Job Summary:

  • A finance professional with expertise in managing and maintaining purchase ledgers is required for a 6-month contract position at Agility Resourcing.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and team members, planning and prioritizing workload, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input transactional purchase invoices into the system
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Resolve discrepancies prior to payments to suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth transactions
  • Reconcile purchase payments to the purchase ledger
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle queries efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel, Sage 200)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
  • Integrity and reliability in managing sensitive financial information
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
