Key Responsibilities- Contribute to and take responsibility for delivery of projects, proof of concept, pilots, launches, and roll-outs to support Customer Love, delivery of a Frictionless Retailer Experience, and our Modern Luxury elevation.
- Apply a consultative lens to Client Care operations to pinpoint areas of concern in need of optimising or evolving to underpin modern luxury elevation and the delivery of great client experiences.
- Work on a strategic and aligned level alongside our operationally based teams, allowing them to optimise network performance today while we build what's needed to equip us for tomorrow.
- Experience in Project management, research, planning, and measurement, and in managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver.
- Good understanding of Retailer networks, their drivers, and pressures.
- Experience in customer satisfaction drivers and metrics.
- Strong communication and PowerPoint presentation skills (including Word and Excel), and a consultative approach.
