Key Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Support Engineer to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As an IT Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced support and guidance to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, including experience with Office 365, Windows Server, networking, and virtualization. A competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus a range of employee benefits, awaits the successful candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support to clients, resolving complex IT issues both on-site and remotely.
  • Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of high-level incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' businesses.
  • Work on key IT projects, from planning to implementation, contributing to the overall success of client IT environments.
  • Provide proactive support and guidance, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions before they escalate.
  • Work with clients to optimize and enhance their IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems are secure, efficient, and up-to-date.

Tech Skills:

  • Office 365 - migrations and ongoing support
  • Windows Server - administration and troubleshooting
  • Networking - Routers/Switches, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Virtualization - Hyper-V and VMware
  • Strong 3rd line troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms and environments
