About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to lead our Autocentre team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
