Job Overview
The Safeguarding and Family Lead is a crucial role that requires a kind and caring individual with excellent organisation skills. The successful candidate will be passionate about ensuring the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, liaising with parents, staff, and statutory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with parents, staff, and statutory agencies to ensure the wellbeing and safeguarding of children.
- Take responsibility for safeguarding within the school, developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure the school's commitment to safeguarding and protecting children.
- Provide support, advice, and expertise to staff on matters of child protection and safeguarding.
