About the Role
This is a permanent contract position as a Spanish teacher in a Secondary School in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will deliver the GCSE Spanish curriculum to students, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. They will also work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental and school goals.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

• Teach Spanish to students at Key Stage 3 and 4, following the GCSE syllabus.
• Maintain a well-organized and professional classroom environment, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental and school goals.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification for teaching in Secondary Schools. You should also possess recent mainstream school-based experience as a Spanish Teacher and demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
