At CV-Library Ltd, we're currently seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems and processes.

With a strong background in technical support and troubleshooting, you'll be responsible for providing assistance to our staff, resolving technical issues, and implementing effective solutions.

  • You will record all data relating to incidents within our ticketing system, ensuring full alignment to our Incident Management Process.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft Power Applications is also a key responsibility.
  • Triage all incidents and escalate to next level support where required, ensuring that our staff receive prompt and effective support.
  • Answering and resolving user desktop support requests is another crucial aspect of this role.
  • You will be responsible for new starters and leavers, setting up office equipment, networking, telephony, PC or laptop setup, and new user creation.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required by line management are also part of this role.
  • Ensuring all asset details and user accounts/licenses are managed in accordance with procedures & processes is essential.
  • Evaluating and testing new platforms and software when required is also an important task.
Requirements
  1. In-depth knowledge of O365, Windows operating systems, and other Microsoft Services is essential.
  2. A strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps is also necessary.
  3. Hands-on experience with laptop/PC configuration and physical setup is required.
  4. A customer-centric approach and excellent teamwork skills are vital.
  5. Basic knowledge of Linux is desirable.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
