About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Data department to implement data-driven strategies that improve platform performance, usability, and ROI.

Requirements
  • Expertise in managing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, Cluster CIOs, and business leaders, building strong relationships and aligning diverse perspectives.
  • Exceptional negotiation and consensus-building skills to align the diverse needs and objectives of various stakeholders and businesses within the organization.
  • Expertise in leading change management initiatives, particularly in large-scale transformations involving multiple stakeholders and teams, driving adoption and managing resistance to change effectively.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
