  • Efficiently dispatch drivers with all relevant paperwork
  • Complete customer and Stobart KPIs where required
  • Update trailer numbers in the internal tracking system
  • Verify service board accuracy for depot trailers
  • Liaise with drivers via the gate communication system
  • Complete daily tasks for compliance purposes
  • Update manning levels
  • Manage digital tachographs
  • Oversee transport systems
