Avian Debone Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Avian Debone Specialist to join our team at Pilgrims Europe. As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to achieve production outputs in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a temperature-controlled area and perform extensive periods of standing and repetitive movements. The job involves using knives and scissors to trim, slice, and dice products safely and efficiently.

You will be responsible for maintaining product quality, ensuring that any product that fails to meet standards is dealt with accordingly, and disposing of waste properly. You will also be expected to maintain a clean area, report health and safety issues to your immediate manager, and set a good example of behavior.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be required to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve shared goals.

The salary for this role is approximately £12.68 per hour, which is competitive for the industry and reflects the importance of this position.
